Subscription
Your La Chart subscription is a recurring charge that gives your business access to the platform’s core tools, services, and communication capabilities. This includes voice and text functionality, automation, analytics, and more.
Plan Tiers
La Chart offers three plans tailored to different business needs:
- Standard Plan – Ideal for small teams getting started.
- Professional Plan – Perfect for growing agencies and businesses with moderate usage.
- Premium Plan – Built for high-volume agencies, includes advanced rebilling and analytics.
Each plan determines the features and usage flexibility available to your team.
Licenses
La Chart operates on a per-user license basis. Each user license grants access to the platform, communication tools, and campaign features. Licenses are billed according to your plan and renew automatically unless canceled. Licenses can be reassigned at no cost.
Add-ons
Optional services and tools can be added based on your needs. Some add-ons are metered, while others are flat-rate.
Usage Billing
All usage-based charges (email, SMS, calls, AI features) are deducted from your La Chart wallet balance. Usage fees are real-time and scale based on consumption.

Auto Recharge & Ramp-Up
To avoid service disruption:
- Auto Recharge: Automatically refills your wallet when the balance falls below a set threshold.
- Auto Ramp-Up: Automatically increases your recharge amount during periods of increased usage. You may disable this feature if desired.
Messaging Ramp-Up Policy
New sub-accounts are gradually introduced to bulk messaging to ensure compliance and deliverability:
