If you’re sending automated texts to your customers — like appointment reminders, order updates, or promotional offers — you’ll be using A2P 10DLC messaging. This guide explains the fees and procedures associated with A2P 10DLC when using the La Chart (or LeadConnector).


Brand Registration Fees

Before sending A2P messages, your business must register a brand.

Each campaign use case (e.g., marketing, account updates) must be registered.

These fees are charged per SMS/MMS message segment by the mobile carriers and are in addition to registration fees.

TCR Trust Score & Vetting

Your Trust Score (given by The Campaign Registry) determines your message throughput. Scores are based on EIN validity, brand consistency, website accuracy, years in business, and more.

  • Secondary Vetting (included in Standard Brand fee) helps improve Trust Score.
  • Low Trust Score? Appeal within 45 days for free. After that, a $40 re-vetting fee applies.
  • Enhanced Vetting (optional) costs $95.

Important Reminders

  • All 10DLC numbers must be registered. As of August 31, 2023, unregistered messages are blocked.
  • All opt-ins must be explicit and verifiable.
  • Visit your La Chart Trust Center to begin registration and manage campaigns.
